More cruise pictures

Friedenbach Family Cruise '08

We left on Thursday, December 11th for our cruise. It was an exciting event for us. Katelyn and Louden traveled very well and behaved very, very well with a 6 hour layover in Tampa on the way back.

Our ship ran into the tail end of a storm and was a very rough ride. Lee and my mom were a little sea sick, but it didn't seem to slow down either of the kids one bit.

On Saturday, we swam with the dolphins and Katelyn had so much fun! We got our pictures taken giving our dolphin kisses and she loved it.

We made it back home on Monday, just in time for the snow and the below zero weather. YAY!
I'm putting up some pictures for everyone to see. Also, Katelyn's injury is healing much better than we anticipated. It looks like the scar will be very small and will heal nicely.

Happy Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We celebrated at Gary's house and had a great day. Here is a picture of Louden and the "Turkey Hat" that Katelyn made. :-)

Loooong week - We need a punch card for the ER!

Louden's sugery to get tubes in his ears went VERY well. He is doing wonderful with Auntie Lisa watching him each day. He sleeps better at night and is feeling better all round. Off to life as normal. Well....that was until this past Tuesday (Dec. 2nd) when I got a phone call that Katelyn was injured at school. So, off to the ER again, this time with Katelyn to get stitches. She is doing MUCH better now, but was a little (ok a lot) upset when we took the bandages off and she saw the stitches and what she thought would be the scar. She to is doing better each day and enjoying the week home with Aunt Lisa.

It's been a little while...to say the least

Well, the blogging thing isn't going that great.... I forget to add things. HA! I will try to work on that (for my two followers... ha ha)! :-)

Louden is having tubes put in his ears on Wednesday, so I'm a little nervous for that, however from what I'm being told from many, this is a good thing. And to watch out because he is "really going to take off." That scares me because he has already "taken off".... I don't know how much more I can handle?! :-) Fortunately for me, they are both great kids and we are very lucky.

I will try to do a better job at this stuff.

New to this..

Ok, at the request of my friend Jori, I'm trying out this *NEW* blogging thing. :-) Only time can tell how well this will work.
